AFTER 9 SOCIETY

By purchasing a ticket, registering for guest entry, or attending any event hosted by After 9 Society (the “Event”), you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (the “Event Terms”). If you do not agree, do not purchase a ticket or attend the Event.

✦ ADMISSION
Entry is restricted to individuals aged 19 and over. A valid, original government-issued photo identification is required for entry. After 9 Society reserves the absolute right to refuse admission to any person for any reason at the sole discretion of management.

✦ EVENT HOURS
Doors currently open at 9:00 PM. Admission is subject to venue capacity and security protocols. Last entry is strictly enforced at 1:30 AM. Re-entry is not permitted under any circumstances once a guest has exited the event perimeter.

✦ TICKETS
All ticket sales are final and non-refundable. Forged or duplicated tickets will be voided. Tickets are non-transferable unless facilitated through the official authorized ticketing platform.

✦ DRESS CODE
After 9 Society upholds a premium aesthetic. Athletic wear, hoodies, caps, and work boots are prohibited. Final determination of attire suitability resides exclusively with venue security and management.

✦ CONDUCT
After 9 Society is dedicated to providing a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment. Harassment, discrimination, or aggressive behavior towards guests or staff will result in immediate removal from the premises without refund.

✦ INTOXICATION POLICY
Guests exhibiting signs of excessive intoxication prior to entry will be denied access. Possession of outside alcohol or illegal substances is strictly forbidden and serves as grounds for immediate expulsion.

✦ SECURITY & LIABILITY
Mandatory security screenings and searches are conducted for all attendees. After 9 Society assumes no responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property. Guests attend and participate at their own risk.

✦ MEDIA RELEASE
By entering the premises, guests consent to being photographed, filmed, and recorded. Captured media may be used by After 9 Society for promotional and marketing purposes across all media formats worldwide in perpetuity.

✦ EVENT MODIFICATIONS
The event producer reserves the right to alter the talent lineup, venue configuration, or schedule without prior notification to ticket holders or the public.

✦ COMMUNITY INITIATIVE
As part of our commitment to Toronto's culture, a percentage of event proceeds is allocated to local creative initiatives and community development programs within the West End.

✦ FINAL WORD
Participation in the event signifies full acceptance of these terms. Failure to comply with any policy stated herein may lead to removal from the event without compensation or refund.
